1. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee where if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, and wish to refund or exchange for a different product, simply send the item back in a certified package with the original paperwork.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the return section on your order’s packing slip.
  2. Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form.
  3. Return merchandise in “as new” condition by pre-paid mail.

You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
